Erica was amazing from start to finish! We were using income from small business ownership and she was very knowledgeable and amazing at helping us to receive financing! Erica really listens to what your goals are to purchase a house and helps you to work through the road blocks that are sometimes raised at the last minute during the final loan approval stages.
