Almost anyone can make a sale, it is top notch, professional people who make the resale. Kearny and Mary fall into this rare, special category. 8 years ago I did business with CHM. I did not hesitate to return for my 2nd mortgage refi when today’s changing market became favorable. Kearny Davis worked with me the whole way, understood my objectives and strategy (including when to lock-in in the rate) , and informed me of a better product than I had found on-line before calling CHM. Kearny stayed up on the market and was able to offer me an even better product after my application was received. We saved some good money in the closing costs during the process. I never felt pressured, and asked for and was given good advice along the way. And Mary Garner, for her too I can’t say enough great things. She came aboard once I applied on-line and made everything easy – kept things moving forward, navigating the process, kept me informed, making sure things were done right at the right time, all the way to the closing. The original estimate was 30 – 45 days from application to closing – we closed out in ~26 days to the minute, because it became possible. Everybody’s mortgage situation and needs are different, and market conditions change. I have been through a variety of mortgage scenarios enough times and they are never exactly alike. But these last 2 experiences with CHM were the best, and before CHM I worked with another top-notched broker, since retired. My only regret here was that the current stay-at-home virus pandemic prevented me from thanking Mary and Kearny in person for helping me. And I will not hesitate to reach out for their help again, should the mortgage need arise. Thank you Kearny and Mary!
